I don't understand why everybody is getting worked up over this guy choosing not to come to Atlas. So what?!!? It's not personal, it's business. Who cares? He made the choice that was best for him, why get all worked up about it?

The point is that this is exactly what the hiring department is trying to weed out-people who come here just for the 747.
To do that, they'll need to pay better. #justsayin

The more people who turn down the job or come just for the type and leave for wherever, the better chance we'll have at getting a decent contract in a timely manner. It's none of our jobs to staff this airline, so I don't get why some pilots feel the need to disparage those who just see Atlas as a stepping stone. We should be thanking them for giving us some more leverage.
