Except McDs doesn’t cook then freeze then cook again. They freeze raw meat then cook it. Last year they went to fresh beef for their quarter pounders. On their own website they acknowledge raw beef cooks faster than frozen. So the Lodge kitchen not only cooks your burger slower, but also ensures all the flavor is zapped out by adding another superfluous step.

But you bring up a great point about lots of places. A buger for me anyway 80/20 a little salt pepper, I like a thin smashed type burger quick cook cheese and a potato roll and done. Like 5 mins max. And all these hotels/lodge/restaurants pull out the frozen crap.
80/20 is my go to. Got a local rancher that grinds his own Black Angus. About $2 more a pound than the supermarket but you can’t beat grass fed, no hormone, no antibiotic free range flavor.

Y’all come down to beef school now:

Lol...the irony. This is the exact kind of thing a “Misfit Toy” would post...

No. That was the FO. Guess you didn’t bother to read it. Love when people like you comment on stuff you have no idea about. Especially after I said I read the lawsuit.

Here you go. You can too. https://www.scribd.com/document/4024...9-01542-0001-0

Silly me, I misread. He only "assaulted and battered Plaintiff DOE # 2 and drugged her, with the intent of sexually assaulting and raping her" but later left. My bad!
