TMAAT you had anything positive to say about your employer. I am not disagreeing with some of your points btw I’m just saying all I ever see some of you do is come on here and call others name. Those others are the people that sit next to you for hours and if something would go wrong they’d go down with you. Have some respect when you talk about your fellow pilot group. What have you done to improve your moaning? Come on APC and tell everyone they’re dumb? All I see is a miserable person that’s too mediocre to improve his lifestyle he hates. Apply and do things to get out if you don’t like it! Things aren’t perfect here. I enjoy my job and appreciate the things I have here. With that said my app is out and I will try everything I can to go to one of those places you say is better. I don’t come here and call people names like I’m more intelligent than anyone. Shut up and get out that’s what I’m trying to do!

All you see is text.
From that, you then confirm your own biases. We can both do that: all I see is a dork who just got hired and fell in love with the first vagina that popped his cherry and thinks he is in love and also wears his uniform to Burger King while his Mommy buys him a 99 cent whopper and cause it is a special day, with cheese.
It business, not a relationship.
You have no idea about my station in life or what I have done here to make it better. Maybe I have seen behind the curtain and viewed what you have not seen. Maybe ... just maybe!
Telling it like it is is not being miserable. It is an optimist with experience. For instance, notice how the MEC to promoting JS as the next great hope for this pilot group? Forget the fact it was the MEC that passed this POS to the pilot group. JS is interested, he understands, he will have a plan, he is coming to the MEC Qtly Meeting, now he has a conference call. This has been recycled with each of the 8 VP of FLOPs since I have been here. Same result. Maybe this time will be different? But I doubt it. Does that make me miserable? No, just jetbluexperiened: it is summer time and management needs us again.
I hope you move on to bigger and better.

When VDA was introduced, BP’s was sure RSA was being replaced and anyone who did VDA instead of RSA needed to “have their head examined.” Funny how the carousel of misery just keeps spinning.

I get whatever dinner I want wherever I want it. And drinks, too. I make more money than 95% of the US population. I have zero debt. Yes, I am content with my status in life. No, I will never be a 1 percenter. But I'm not gonna sit around b!itching that someone has things I don't have. That's juvenile and a waste of time.
I don't care one bit what you think of me, and your continued insults over the past few months don't bother me at all. They just reflect the type of person you actually are... a miserable one, at best. I have all that I need, and most of what I want, and did it all myself. The fact that you have not achieved a level of self-satisfaction says much about you, but nothing about me. Stop trying to drag me (or anyone, for that matter) down to your level.
I'm sure you won't get this, but I'm gonna throw it out there just in case there's still a glimmer of hope for you:
If you own a refrigerator and it has food in it, if you have clothes on your body, a roof over your head, and a bed to sleep in, you're richer than 75% of the world.
If you have money in your wallet, and can go anywhere you want, you are in the top 18% of the world's wealthy people.
Since you are still replying, you are alive, not sick and dying like the one million people who will not live to see another week.
If you can actually READ this post, and understand it (the words, not necessarily the message. Everyone has limits) you are more fortunate than over three billion people who cannot see, cannot read or suffer mental retardation.
Life is not about complaining, pain, nor sorrow. Yes, those things happen.from time to time. But life is more about the thousand other things that bring happiness, joy, and puts a smile on our faces, so many reasons to be grateful and happy.
And for the record, today it's not lemonade, it's hand-squeezed margaritas with $55 top-shelf tequila. Come on over, I'll make you a couple!

This may be the most pathetic thing I've ever read.
This is what we are up against in our effort to bring our compensation up to our peers' level.
How pathetic. I'm speechless.

I see a lot of anger and frustration. Tell me where Jetblue hurt you. Since you can’t do anything but be immature and whine. You seem to think this forum is a therapy. Dude get over yourself. Your ego is wayyy to high thinking you see it more clear than everyone but all you are is a loser that comes here to complain instead of putting the same efforts to going to a different company, but then again once you’re there you’d probably complain about that one too. Oh yeah and this dork that just got hired also told you some of the points you’ve made I agree with but of course you’re so worried about arguing and complaining you can’t even notice that part. This dork is also trying to leave for the airlines we agree are better. I guess I’m not as complacent as you seem to be. Also anyone can make a statement like you’ve seen more.... I can tell you anything I want and you wouldn’t be able to prove it because this is a forum. The same forum you have the courage to call people names because you don’t have to worry about getting punched in the face. Loser grow up!
But the larger point was your biases or projection. I can't tell which since I'm just a pilot, business owner, rental property investor, father, husband and only took psychology 101 in college.
You seem to have a Ph.D. with your insistent diagnoses.
I see APC as what it is. A place for newbies to get insight into the airlines that choose them. Some once hired turn into cheerleaders for the losing team. Then try to defend the love affair with rationalizations. When they can't deal with that they say 'shut up' or 'quit'.
That is just my observations of what occurs with new hires that hit the line. They either say man did I believe the juice or they keep trying to sell it to those of us that have seen a thing or 1,000. I like to work with those that say man did I buy the juice. Why? Because that is the reality. The others are just fooling themselves and are just strange trying to convince themselves that 1 + 1 is 11.
No one on this side of the keyboard is bitter, a loser or unable to move on. Jetblue is what it is a job. Some of you try to turn into something else is funny for me.
