I agree a lot of the VDAs will go away unfortunately but think about the last time anyone got a VDA that had a scheduled departure more than 3 hours in advance. That last minute please help someone timed out and we didn’t see it coming or the fatigue call or whatever will still need a VDA.

I encourage all VDA adicts to continue to pick up. Especially in the southern bases as it makes my job of not going to work much easier.

They're not "addicts", they are "Lemonade'rs".

This group!

Lost 100% override and paper dead head protection for what?

To stick it to the senior guy even though the first three premium opportunities are FCFC.

City pair transparency that already substantially exists.

No wonder this contract passed with less than PSIA average base pay, no PS, the bottom of the barrel COLA, crap health care all the way down to crew meal that would be otherwise be thrown away because they have almost exceeded their safe shelf life outside of a refrigerator and are not fit for customers. So let's give it to the flight crew!!!

TMAAT you voted for a contract placed you in the middle of the bottom third. What did you do?

I waited until next time!

Peers get THOUSANDS of dollars in profit sharing. JB pilots get to make lemonade.

e!
100% override to work the 1am shift manning the phone with Ms Cleo! You too can be on reserve again after being top 20% in your seat! Oh wait that didn’t go away. Enjoy !

Wtf is a paper DH? Is this in the CBA or scheduling manual?

Global open time = less money for the pilot group. End of story. That is why the company has been pushing for it, and finally got it. That is why it isn't implemented until the full (cost neutral) reserve language is in place.

It's another in a long line of concessions our foolish pilot group accepted in the best negotiating environment in our lifetimes.

It's when you are based in BOS, but live in DC. You put in for VDA in DC, they call you and must pay you for the DH to and from DC even though it never happened.

All at double. Or it used to be anyway. Welcome to JetBlue. You will find our pilot group isn't very smart.

FCFS POT is what we had before:

“We did not take PP away we just removed the trigger”.

What is new is old and we think we are moving forward.

I see your point.
