Those times are speculative...times to lines and reserve are going to swing based on aircraft delivery and staffing since the base is new and being built. Could they be accurate? Sure. Might they change? Absolutely.

With respect to assignments...

Long calls gets assignment first. Then Short Call.

The CBA spells out all of the details, but the Short Call sequence is pretty much this:

-Pilot with number of days equal to the pairing length (greater than applies as well, I think)
-If 2 or more pilots have same number of days, trip goes to pilot with earliest RAP
-If 2 or more pilots have same RAP, senior pilot gets trip unless they have pass flagged.
-If no SCR pilots have the required number of days, then next greater block of days get assigned, then RAP times and seniority compared as above.

There is no Call Me First option like you may have seen at other carriers. There *is* a Pass option which is similar to "Call me Last".

Except you never, ever have the same RAP time as another pilot. They stagger them, even by 1 minute if they need to.
