Some classes only had one bus a year or so ago. This fall/winter/spring I anticipate that happening again as the transitions happen from the next couple bids.

Exactly. Because of the 2 year seat lock everything runs on that cycle. I believe we are about to have a ton of guys on the 190 eligible to bid the bus on the next two system bids.
I would expect 190 new hire slots later this year probably starting in sept-October ish

Yes, because that would determine the length of your reserve time.... When I got hired I was trail end of Airbus, spent well over a year on reserve, while the 190 guys were ahead of the 190 cycle sat 4 weeks reserve in JFK, now it is reversing again...

Do you think there will be a mass exodus off the E190 (both seats) due to the fleet review?

If people listened to Robins address he even mentioned it would take years and the current leases don't come up for another 5 years.
I don't see another way out of them early. No one wants the old 190's on the open market. I would say anyone thinking of upgrading to the 190 or new hires to the 190 are safe for at least a few more years.
I'm sure some guys are scared to bid to it now though. Just pilot nature.

The 15 minutes after block in is to allow for post-flight duties. It also has nothing to do with FDP, so has no bearing on legality.
