I agree, but I kinda see it both ways..most IP’s are already on a 90hr guarantee, you start adding in pickups of 150% and they get real expensive real quick. But on the other hand, how do you make problems go away.. throw money at it. Works every time. There’s no excuse for the backlog

They only want instructors from the street, if they have to pay 90 hrs, may as well be first year pay. Not to mention those guys are the only ones getting a full time spot in the school house.
Problem is they can barely get pilots, nevermind instructors. They want adjuncts from the line…surprise, adjuncts taken from the line is less guys available to fly people around. I applied for adjunct, I was offered it, then they said adjuncts were going to be the ones shipping out and teaching on the sim WC sold that’s in DFW. Yeah, thanks but no thanks.

You won't get the offer letter till onboarding comes the week prior to your class date. Even in the offer letter it still says conditional but that's when you get the onboarding and all the other paperwork for what its worth.

Hey guys, totally forgot for the exit with the chief about when I got hit by a snow plow regarding driving record. Totally not at fault, wasn’t ticketed. Just filed a police report. Was this something I should have disclosed/got in touch with hiring about? Was told by insurance agent at faults still might be on driving record

You can get a copy of your NDR record by checking the box on the form. It will be mailed to you and you can see what's on it.
