Am I missing something on the app? I entered flight time etc on main page, cover letter, resume, LOR..
In the application status box I don't see any status. Should there be a status update regards the level of completion of what I have entered?
Do we need to upload copies of passport, FCC, etc????
Any help would be appreciated.

I has this problem last year and here's what an apc member did to help...
Resize using a program like the one mentioned if possible
If that doesn't work, try a snapshot of your screen as a jpg and that may be below 150kb
If that doesn't work, try a black an white copy of the doc and with lower resolution, maybe even a snapshot of that screen and saved as a jpg.
Also try different formats like .doc
If all else fails, contact someone you may know who's in IT or handy with adobe and have them resize the PDF.
Don't stress out just yet, you have a few more days and can upload the documents in the meantime. I think maybe even after the window closes but can't remember.

I concur, dont you need your ATP to even apply? ATP mins right and also they ask you if you hold a valid passport right in the app body... Debunked, why make more work for yourself and others. Keep it simple... Sigh*
