Yeah I aware of the new CEO and I have tried to follow what he is doing but I'm limited to the outside. Maybe the answer to my question would be too long but I was/am curious what direction the poster was going with changes. Are those are good changes or bad changes and flushing out the old with the new a good thing or bad?

On another note:

If the intent is to create loyalty by hiring guys with zero time I believe they find the opposite to be true. Surely there will examples to make whatever case you want, but why not give the opportunities to people that have been working hard, updating their application for years and completely redoing it every time it gets dumped, attending job fairs.

I must of missed something. I saw the email stating changes in leadership but I believe it stated the new president/Vice President of some departments were changed, not the actually CEO. No?

The guys on this thread are talking about Robin Hayes who took over for Dave Barger. That email are some leadership changes Robin Hayes has enacted.

just about anything you're looking for is in here... i think. as far as good or bad, in the last year since the old ceo announced departure, our stock nearly trippled then sank back about 25%. So pretty good I'd say.

Then you can go back to your reserve/not flying ways. Btw, I flew with Mike the other day. He says hi, and was telling me how you 2 compete to see who flys least.

LOL, it's hard work not flying. determination, effort and a dedicated desire to be ultimately lazy!

a love for beer also helps.
