Yeah I aware of the new CEO and I have tried to follow what he is doing but I'm limited to the outside. Maybe the answer to my question would be too long but I was/am curious what direction the poster was going with changes. Are those are good changes or bad changes and flushing out the old with the new a good thing or bad?
On another note:
If the intent is to create loyalty by hiring guys with zero time I believe they find the opposite to be true. Surely there will examples to make whatever case you want, but why not give the opportunities to people that have been working hard, updating their application for years and completely redoing it every time it gets dumped, attending job fairs.

The guys on this thread are talking about Robin Hayes who took over for Dave Barger. That email are some leadership changes Robin Hayes has enacted.

For those who are interested, here's the mandatory retirements by year. It's only as accurate as my Excel skills, so if there's any mistakes, just take it easy on me.
