Read through all the Briefing Notes.
I can't see voting Yes on this.
I really don't believe we get enough in return for what we are allowing the company to do. While it may be mutually beneficial to do so, it seems they want/need this a LOT more than us. 2% isn't worth it.
And I'm at less than 80% seniortiy FWIW.

How exactly does the, “we’re going to need every single 190 flying at max” (quote from the sys chief) come into play here? I’m missing the carrot apparently.

Let me get this right. Initially the Codeshare was limited to BOS, JFK, EWR and LGA, but now it suddenly turns into all of our network?

Ask yourself this

“Would they have been allowed to do this if we were growing”

Answer is no.

I kept hearing this was probably only going to be a give on something they would’ve been allowed to
