Not a great statement. Wanting a situation so bad that people can't bear to stay anymore.....but you'll get your contract sooner.

I'd rather we get good people who are on board with getting a good contract.

That's correct. It's not magic and yes we will hit it this year. It just means they'll notice, it doesn't mean we will instantly have a contract.

It's not wanting a bad situation. It's just why anybody in their right mind would stay if they can go somewhere with better pay, benefits and movement?

agreed. waiting may not be in their best interest unless they are waiting/praying for a huge economic downturn, or have something up their sleeve...

Yeah, thats Big D. We don't have billions in revenue. But.....I will say that we should all take a close look at the SWA agreement. The Negotiating Committee should zap 10 copies for ELT and say, "Here it is fellas!" PEACE OUT!
