This is true for most all the majors in various Domiciles.

AA has 100 reserve 737 FO in MIA. Only half of them have been requalified after furlough.

I count 170 total vacancies. Each of the CA vacancies also counts—they are new positions, so each FO that upgrades leaves an FO vacancy additional to the posted 140 FO vacancies.

The Friday update just said ”next week” but today seems reasonable.

I’m not entirely sure the arbitrator will look nicely on the company basically not participating in the renewed negotiations.

They presented no offer at the meeting and haven’t responded to our offer.

Was that, no offer at the meeting today? Or presented no offer at our mandated pow wow?

Presented no offer when the negotiating committee met with the company a week or so ago.

“At the meeting, the Association proposed reasonable terms based on membership input. The Company has not offered a counterproposal and no further negotiations have taken place at this time.”
