Say we take the 3% and 30 Million. Now what. I'm curious to what kind of leverage we'll have when negotiating a new pay scale? Will management say "we already gave you guys a 3% raise". What about next time they violate the contract, because they will do it again, and we go to mediation will an arbitrator say "well there is precedence here" and allow management to move forward without any real consequences?

CK can buy my yes vote right now if he agrees to step aside if it passes.

Removing him from cba 2 will pay dividends worth multitudes more than this s sandwich loa

I think anyone could look them square in the eye and say “the 3% was the resolution of our drawn out mediation and the amount settled upon for you breaking our agreement. Do you not remember the last 2 years we went through?” I think the scenario is a little far fetched.

You were a yes vote on LOA 13 correct?

Incorrect. I did think 12 made sense.

Consider this… the $30 million is roughly equal to the 2% we would have gotten if we had voted for the 2% a year ago. It’s not a bonus, it’s just reparations.

That 2% was always scheduled to start in May 2022, no raise last year from LOA 13.

I had forgotten that the 2% raise was to be delayed for a year. Thanks for the correction.

A friend of mine said there are pages and pages and pages on the trade board of people dropping most of their trips (BOS320FO) for March and April. What's that all about?
