Maybe JetBlue management will respond differently, none of us know. But haven't seen any evidence that they will!!!

In the mean time, I will not sit back and give them the benefit of the doubt like so many of you guys. If you give them an INCH (of good will and help them recruit) they will TAKE a MILE from you/us. Every time. Think about it.
Theyve been given enough- I agree. Ive stopped writing LORs and steer guys into the arms of the real airlines when they ask about B6.
Whoever said B6 knows about an inability to staff the airline, doesnt have a clue. Its not that the airline cant be staffed- Even with the grids red in February, they will just keep using the reserves as the "unscheduled line-holders" that they have become. This summer, I think we'll see reserves break mins- Lookin forward to see how they spin the next IROP trainwreck.

Plenty green for the 190 BOS. If they use Day trippers as "reserve"..It will cost them dearly....

The 190 and 320 are 2 different worlds I guess. Im seeing a ton of red on the 320 grid and its February. In general, B6 uses reserves improperly- Its why every IROP is a dumpster fire. Its an understaffed airline.

I agree with the Captains side...for sure! I laughed about your IROP analogy. Yes they make reserve to much better many of us would bid Captain...LOL

You're right about that. In my fairly short time here the 190 seems overstaffed if anything, especially for FOs in JFK & BOS. We've had LCR and PRLs galore for the last year.

Does anyone know if a Hybrid line pays min. guarantee of 70 or 75 hrs? The FSM only states Hybrid lines are constructed to no less than 75 hrs, but also states that someone with a Hybrid is considered a lineholder (70 guarantee). I'm right at 70 credit, but rainmaker is saying min line guarantee of 75?

Flica question: you have a trip that carries over from end of month to beginning of next. Any way to swap that with a trip entirely in the next month? Can't find a way to do that.

I think when you click on the hybrid line in flica, it says what the monthly credit is at the top.

The awarded hybrid line was originally 80 hrs credit, but I dropped down to 70 hrs. In Rainmakers it says min line guarantee 75 hrs. So, do I get 75 if I fly my schedule as is now, or do I work 5 hrs for "free" if I pick something up.
