Wondering if it's the same/similar for certain Caribbean destinations as well.
Hpn is a county operation. The airlines don't have a choice.
But I think the AO is ours.

Correct. It was one of the reasons SWA pulled air tran out after the merger.

It is. Above wing is company. Below wing is county for all airlines.

Question. LGA outbound that is running late. Well past midnight late. Inbound diverts to JFK because of curfew. Company Uber from LGA to JFK. Pax bussed over. Is this now an emergency assignment because of the pairing change from LGA to JFK (albeit to the same destination)? Limo counts as JA as well, right? Thoughts? I tried to look it up under, " three ring circus mutates into a red eye sh!tshow" but it returned no results.

Was it a different flight number?

You may have an argument that the limo is an additional segment added and it was outside your OSP footprint, but it's a weird thing because you're still within OSP as far as your scheduled operating segments. Definite grey area.

ALPA scheduling guys could get you a definite answer. Anything here would be conjecture at best, and more likely crew room rumor.

$82 Million net income in this revenue and fuel environment is shockingly low.

Fuel is up YOY, granted, but with 40% of the fleet unencumbered and relatively low labor costs, WTH is going on?
