Two days ago waited 2 hours for a service check to be completed at 11am. Seems like a reasonable time for a service check right.

Then later that day waited 2 hours for a gate agent. Yep you read that right. 2 hours for a gate agent to show up in FLL.

Almost timed out and they had to push our show the next day.

Gonna be one hell of a summer.

That's amazing, even for us, that's amazingly bad! Can't believe ATC didn't schedule a gate agent to meet your aircraft. They need reform.

I think the airport owns the bridges. That’s why they’re such crap in Boston. Maybe we own the JFK ones. So we’ll have to paint the planes under the ATC message demanding jetbridge reform.

But... they have plenty of money to fund an Olympian to solve all the ills of the company... I hope they can find the $$$ to pay overworked, undercompensated, abused pilots who deserve to be treated equal to their peers.

And add to that all the headaches they will have negotiating with a flight attendant union when it's official this afternoon.
