You mean like a 0600 show in JFK to operate to LAX, day sleep, and then operate the red out back that evening like has been in JFK for who knows how long?

Did you vote yes? (Good for you, that’s what you deserve)
Did you vote no?(I’m sorry everyone screwed you over)

You have heard of the fatigue call right Papa?
Even before the CBA, it has never been used enough and thats all voters' fault.
Let's use it when we feel it. With pairings like this, B6 deserves it.

What I find the most frustrating is the NC, by SSC opinion, led us to believe Jetblue would not change the pairings despite the contract. The comment was raised at the two road shows I attended that contractually stipulating a minimum for a pairing set would force/encourage Jetblue to build them to that minimum standard. In both instances the NC stated that would not happen. In what universe will Jetblue Airways not go the cheapest route?

Well...

The union contractually guaranteed that our QOL will suffer greatly for this entire contract cycle. Unlike Vacation or insurance(other important issues) this colossal screw up in scheduling affects us every single month for the foreseeable future. Truly ****ed at our guys for this one.

I was just looking at a five day pairing that had a three day redeye followed by two, am show three leg days.

Unbelievably fatiguing.

If we don't call fatigued on a trip like that I don't know what to say. If you don't want to call out due to our pilot pushing culture, fly it, then fill our both a fatigue FCIR AND an ASAP. We need to get FAA visibility on this nonsense.

It’s really isn’t hard at all. One little call and you still get pay protected. If it’s fatiguing don’t fly it... not that hard.

It’s why I voted no. Whenever the nc said jetblue won’t do this or that I looked at them like they shouldn’t be as dumb as they just sounded. Why do you think the company was ok with our super amazing best language on this? Cause it saves them money. As a commuter I don’t mind it but I was trying to look out for everyone. I think it’s terrible for the locals.
