If you ever have the opportunity to tour that facility you'll see how out of touch LSC truly is. Astonishing.

Once you do see behind the curtain much of what plagues Jetblue as an airline makes perfect sense.

Oh I’ve seen it.

My favorite was one of the lsc goons on airliners.net saying who really cares if 700 pilots surrounded lsc in the freezing cold that does not matter everyone is happy here.

Now with that said can you blame them it’s what they know. Just like all those posts to giggity about what a great leader she is. When you are in the bubble and only touch an airplane to non rev well everything is awesome until the next round of lsc cuts.

I wish they would move everything SOC down to OSC. They have already said they have outgrown it so move the ops people south and keep the marketing team in NYC.

I agree it’s a PR company but all companies seem to be morphing into stuff like that. I don’t think we would mind so much if the core was actually working well. Get the fundamentals right than you can go play.

Yup he/she sure did.

Pretty much the protest was pointless and JetBlue was going to sign the contract anyway and nobody cared about it. I guess there might be some truth in it but the attitude was exactly what you would expect from LSC.

Why aren’t they doing what we told them to do. Why why you will comply.

They absolutely don’t get it.

Diversification appears to be the trend however the difference between Jetblue and other carriers is the simple, irrefutable fact that other carriers invest in operations. Jetblue will continue to be a perennial cellar dweller until the gigity/hayes/christie trio is replaced.

Gigity will be the top dog here in a few years. Warren may move to COO. BUT guarantee she’s the next head of the jb state.

And that will be the end of the airline... but jetblue would love the press of being the first airline to have a woman as the top dog...

I don't believe wall street will view gigity running the airline with the same level of excitement the bluthisphere will. Confidence in her abilities in not high hence a neutral stock price move since her promotion. Wall street understands that she doesnt.

Who knows. Incompetence in management is a staple here at Jetblue airways. Maybe Ben Baldazar will be "demoted" from board member to running the airline. Under his tenure spirits stock was in the $60's if I remember correctly.

Its certainly frustrating to see your careers being tossed aside for perception and image.

Look, Gigity or Dave B whatever. Gigity needs to stay grounded and focused on what we’re currently doing. The fact that PH’s weekly newsletter mentioned the Forbes for sale article is case and point that the Legacies are watching our every move. We go to Europe they’ll squash us. We open up some more Midwest connections to new terminals in JFK and MCO, keep a minor west coast operation and continue to hold hands with the less fortunate ALL while picking our T5 Farm potatoes THEN our nuisance existence will be rewarded with a buyout or we keep making $$.
