The new strategy for most guys will be to snatch up a RSA and hopefully not get called prior to when the 10am normal reserves start. Also the upcoming premium open-time pot will make it hard for some to be patient and wait it out on VDA.
Only problem with that is a lot(not always) scheduling doesn’t put out an RSA until they already have a trip for you.
