Also we can’t have nice things because some think the only way to do things is painting a false doom and gloom picture. Again there’s plenty of actual real things that have been said here that are problems to fix and are true. If saying yes to everything doesn’t help the other extreme doesn’t either. That negativity and exaggeration some use really just pushes people away. When I talk I like people to believe me, so I don’t go blowing smoke here or on the line. Again plenty of actual problems to fix.

Got me. I was 100 whiskies in last night and didn't QC my spell check. Well done. You, and people like you, who are just happy to have a slice of pizza and a pat on the back and don't like to rock the boat are reasons why the company laughs their a$$es off at us. It's why they disregard our contract daily. It's why they look at us losing a pilot a day and shrug their shoulders and continue on. But please, continue to live in your blissful life. Let me guess, NH or MA homestead? Maybe FLL.

FLL Base. Do you think the company doesn’t laugh at people like you claiming wild things? Those claims make pilots look ignorant. No wonder we have the reputation we have. Because I actually care about getting a better contract despite what you may think is the reason I wish the ones on here talking nonsense would actually think before being so dramatic. We aren’t a “sweatshop”, we aren’t losing 2 a day, we aren’t the worse airline because we are the worse with on time performance because that’s not the only measure to determine how good an airline is. Instead there’s so many actual issues in Jetblue that we can’t fight for we don’t even need to make any up or overreact to. Starting with the backlog in training. I could careless if JetBlue loses money or not there and it’s not my job to tell them how to do it, instead I’ll continue to raise my voice at changing the training pay cutoff time, at making sure they have to give more notice before cancellation so people don’t feel hostage in Orlando. Making sure they respect the contract we have, listen and educate myself on the AIP for the NEA settlement. Before you think I’m just happy to collect a check, stop and think of what I’m saying. You’d realize we’re fighting in the same team. I just don’t think the way to win a war is running towards your enemy with a bayonet.

What wild claims have I made? Do you think this pilot group is galvanized and knows its worth or do you think there's a battered spouse feel to it and are just happy to be alive? We almost voted in a POS LOA with a 2% raise only after the company blatantly violated the contract. We'll overwhelmingly vote in the TA after the MEC votes yes on the final language of the AIP. So we gave up stuff in the contract because we had industry leading Scope and now we're just going to roll over and give that up now too. So maybe there are people who are emotional about this but what may be a "wild claim" to you may not be so wild to others. Stop championing the company party line. You're not helping.

Everything you just said I’ve been very vocal about. To my friends and peers on the line and on here (go check). I’m not saying you’re the one that has made wild claims but you reacted to my reaction of some wild claims (which I’ve listed above) so it’s almost as I’ve you’re defending the idea of saying those things. It’s scary how many pilots will just accept anything, the blatant disrespect from the company to our contract and scope is disgraceful. Like I said, my thing is emphasize real issues like those instead of Monday morning quarterbacking operations that we know little to nothing about. I do believe I’m helping, hoping people will listen and focus on the things they actually can control instead of speculating on a message board how many pilots we will retain.

Look at JetBlue hiring messages. The company is slapping us in the face disregarding our scope but yet we are focused on pilot retention? Lol. That’s exactly my point. That’s not our job that’s the company’s job to figure out. Why aren’t we focusing on the actual things we have to focus on.

FLL Base. Do you think the company doesn’t laugh at people like you (who are) claiming wild things? Those claims make pilots look ignorant. (It is) no wonder we have the reputation we have. (Starting a sentence with a conjunction, sentence fragment) Because I actually care about getting a better contract despite what you may think is the reason (missing punctuation) I wish the ones on here talking nonsense would actually think before being so dramatic. We aren’t a “sweatshop”, we aren’t losing 2 (numbers less than 10 should spelled out, "two" for example) a day, we aren’t the worse (worst) airline because we are the worse (worst) with on time performance because that’s not the only measure to determine how good an airline is (two separate conjunctions in one sentence without proper punctuation to split ideas). Instead(,) there’s so many actual issues in (at) JetBlue that we can’t fight for (that) we don’t even need to make any up or overreact to. Starting with the backlog in training (Incomplete sentence). I could careless (care less, it's not the word careless, that's much different) (Also, you are stating that you could care less. What you most likely meant to say was that you could not care less.) if JetBlue loses money or not there and it’s not my job to tell them how to do it, (Should have started a new sentence here) instead I’ll continue to raise my voice at changing the training pay cutoff time, at making sure they have to give more notice before cancellation so people don’t feel hostage in Orlando. Making sure they respect the contract we have, listen and educate myself on the AIP for the NEA settlement (Incomplete sentence, should have been part of the last sentence). Before you think I’m just happy to collect a check, stop and think of what I’m saying. You’d realize we’re fighting in (on) the same team. I just don’t think the way to win a war is running towards your enemy with a bayonet.
