It's less likely in our industry because actually running an airline is hard. Easier for activists to just keep suing the guys actually doing it than try to do it themselves. Also corporate raiders steer clear of the larger airlines because they would not be allowed to liquidate, sell off the parts, and pocket the cash.

Small changes were made before AAs ch11 that limited the CEOs take. That's why it was played differently from previous ones.
