but now the DOT is suing to block the merger as well as the DOJ. So is this 2 hurdles to go over?

Pete Buttigieg is a joke.
First with the NOTAM’s, now for the first time ever in history the DOT is suing to stop a merger. This guy is a joke and he does nothing but political grandstanding.

Yes and all the mergers in the past it is only been the DOJ that sues.
this time it is different. For the first time ever the DOT (and the DOJ) by Pete Buttigieg, because Elizabeth Warren went on a rant on Twitter encouraging him to do so.
