Obviously it's not the front end of the wave seniority progression but it's not like you're going to be the plug for 7 years followed by plug upgrade at 22 years of service.

The lines are pretty linear at that point with a decrease in final seniority percentage of 2-3% per year. So 30 year olds will see approximately 10% and 25 year olds will probably be double digit seniority numbers at retirement.

 

To insinuate that “retirement lists don’t matter” is indeed an ignorant statement. What does my level of happiness at SWA have to do with anything?

So you did not even get to you vote on it, and then you guys filed law suit against ALPA.
