CAL F/O Removed from flight

I'm all for integrity, but come on. It's a dang wristband. There are many other ways to make yourself heard and show your support for a new contract. I'm just saying, "Pick your battles." At Delta, it specifically says in the FOM that the Captain is responsible for making sure the flight deck crew is in compliance with the uniform standards. If the Captain determines you aren't in compliance, then make him/her happy by taking the wristband off and then take it up with Pro Standards AFTER the trip. Now the F.O. is out of the pay and probably has something in her file for insubordination. All for a wristband.

Already have my sign but I was more of speaking about the little things - like anything bringing discredit to the service. Something of that nature might cross the line in that situation. You can be wearing the uniform and wearing a PEACE SIGN (or a PLEDGE PIN! ) Examples from the movies!
Absolutely - two sides and many details missing. Sounds harsh though - being removed from the flight and without pay if all of that is correct.

Question for Continental guys. Some of us non-CAL pilots and some have asked how in the heck is Captain BM on the union and do this.
I heard a lot of CAL pilots complain that in IAH a lot of the scabs had become active and vocal part of the union, I guess for self preservation. Was that really true? If so, it might speak to why you have a situation like a Captain BM (not saying he is a scab) on the union and pull this kind of stunt.

Back on topic does this guy remove FO's who have the mircle lure sticker?
This guy wouldn't happen to be a scab would he?

I don't see anything in the list allowing/not allowing wristbands... or wedding bands.
What if Captain toolbag demanded that she removed her wedding ring or be removed from the trip?
Would you
A) support her integrity/convictions/beliefs, or
B) recommend "just take it off for the rest of the trip and call pro stands later"?

My question seems quite straight forward. I was asking if CAL's uniform policy had anything stating appropriate wear of jewlery or such other items or if the CA could put his finger on a particular rule that was being broken.
I think you have an issue with me over our PM and you are looking to throw daggers; but since I am agreeing that the CA seems to have overreacted - your daggers are falling short.
