Well either you're unread or the alternative. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're uninformed. Republic and GoJet are apples and oranges.

What the general public needs to hear is that Midwest Airlines is no longer the airline it makes its self out to be. Most if not all YX employees will be gone by November 3rd. Most of them have been terminated, some have been asked to join Republic and the unionized crews have been replaced by lower cost, less experienced labor. There is no other way to sugar coat it. High paying jobs have been lost to a cockroach carrier by airline employees more than willing to cut the rug out from under those who made it what it was. A jackass on a race track doesn't make it a Quarter Horse.

Yes I know, RAH is alter egos under one list. Gojetss is alter ego under seperate list 200 pilots strong. Yes. Yes. Too bad we can't buy a major and replace them with regional pilots with our alter ego ways.

The big difference between you and them is no one went to RAH with the sole intention of undermining Midwest. You went to GoJet knowing full well that you were being used to circumvent another carrier's contract. If any RAH pilots had been hired while the Midwest takeover was occuring then they would be equivalent to a GoJetter.

What RAH does next will determine whether comparisons should be made between them and GoJet.

...if you were a Republic pilot what would you have done differently?
Demand Midwest pay and benefits for a start.

Frontier agents are handling Midwest flights out Orlando, starting this week.

Haaaaahaha. Well first of all I don't think anyone chooses to go some place to undermine another pilot. If that is even possible, unless they're scabbing. And second you are saying it's about choice. Well the fact that RAH has been doing and will continue to do more damage to thousands of people... why don't they quit? They're there and now they're safe???? Absurd reasoning dont you think? As far as goat jetsss, the job is there. Undermine or not, it doesn't matter because it doesn't affect TSA if I get a job there or not. TSA had a chance to secure the flying like RAH has. Gojet will continue to be there with or without me or you, that was TSA's fault, nothing anyone in 2009 can do about it. Anyone that denys that is denying reality, look at the current state of TSA. Secure the flying. There is currently a pile from from all kinds of qualified pilots. I'm sure you're a very nice person but all of your posts deal with a lot of theory, not a lot of reality.

Like Freedom did for Mesa, GoJet was created to undermine TSA because they didn't want to fly the -700 for -200 pay. You chose to go to GoJet because you are willing to fly the -700 for -200 pay. You chose to be a part of circumventing their contract and that is in the spirit of scabbing.

I'm willing to give RAH the benefit of the doubt because none of their pilots were hired during the Midwest take over and none of them were hired knowing that they would replace Midwest pilots. If RAH can't negotiate a better contract then I'll be ****ed at them, until then they still have the ability to try for Jet Blue rates on the E-190. You were hired to replace TSA pilots who refused to fly for lower wages.

You can continue to rationalize all you want but if you and the rest of GoJet actually had spines you wouldn't have gone there and wouldn't leading the charge to the bottom. All I ever hear out of your group is rationalization and excuses. You know exactly what you did (or if you don't you are an idiot). Has your airline ever done anything to better the profession? Didn't think so.

.
What?? I chose to fly the 700 for 200 pay??? Then how come gat jets flys 700s for 700s pay now? Or should I say CRJ9 pay if your look at Mesa and Mesaba and plus or minus Skywest. Again realty and the past. Oh by the way it was never 50 seat pay, it was more like the current Mesa CRJ7 rates. Secure the flying!

Your best argument is that you have current Mesa CR7 rates, wow that hardly makes up for the rest of your terrible contract. Does your contract have anything industry leading? Oh wait the company provides your uniforms, wow what a great place to work for.
