Expecting a pilot to refuse a job won't work, never has. We formed a union so we could negotiate protections for our senior pilots longevity and seniority. In the last fifteen years we have voted for contracts which have undone much of our predecessor's effort.

As far as "self righteous BS" goes, the Republic guys have done an excellent job controlling their scope. They have one list which spans multiple certificates. A technique ALPA would do well to emulate, IMHO.

No disrespect intended. But, you and I hold the power to fix this problem more than the Republic of F9 pilots do.

With a shotgun to your head. Lets see, if the IBT wins how they can enforce our contract better than we can.

I don't personally feel that we (Frontier pilots) are attempting a whipsaw against the IBT. We certainly are not doing ANY flying for less than what the IBT pilots are doing it for (by a LONG shot).

The RAH pilots have criticized the Midwest pilots on this very board for not fighting hard enough to save THEIR jobs, THEIR seats, and THEIR careers.

Please do not begrudge us Frontier pilots for trying to perserve OUR airline, OUR careers, OUR seats.

It's not personal. I just do not want to give you my seat, my quality of life, and my career in 7 years. SORRY.

You insist on forcing the IBT down our throats. A marriage is made from two WILLING partners, not what you RAH pilots are forcing on us.

No no no no.....you see, THATS the problem......these few F9 clowns thinking their airline...their Airbus....is the Holy Grail. The Frontier Airbus is NOT the Holy Grail. The only folks looking to aspire to fly an Airbus at Frontier are current Frontier pilots and a few misguided RAH folks. Myopic stupidity will lead you to unemployment. Keep living in the F9 bubble. That is the problem and I agree with you that there are a few misguided RAH folks that do want to fly F9 Airbuses. Come fly them, just start at the bottom. Thrust Monkey I welcome you with open arms. My RAH BRO!
