You're an embarrassment. Blueballs? How cute, my middle schooler and his 13 yo pals think it is hilarious.

Very we'll thought out retort. I'm an embarrassment? Funny I could say the same of you. You do make me laugh with your constant attack of the company that pays your bills. I don't think it's perfect and am all about change for the better. You, however, will never be happy and embarrass yourself daily on this board. You are sad and I truly pity you, and definitely pity any poor 13 year old that has to call you dad. Have a good day

Constant attack? Haha, sucks that your little blue fantasy is a fraud. The truth hurts. Have a great day Bluebelle. You probably aren't even a pilot, time to get out of mom's basement. School starts soon.

Gotta love the DR!!!
Healthcare plan at my union carrier is significantly less...

Let's just say over a five year period, with healthcare and a new car with the difference, if I choose.

That is just HC.

Seriously dude? You think the problem rests with him?

Of the 2500 Pilots at Jetblew, approx 1000 are acting against the company in 3A. And, in addition, huge numbers are hoping to leave the company!

Seems like there's a lot of guys who have major issues with JB and aren't giddy to be flying shiny jets as you appear to be.

Any idea why there's such a strained relationship between Pilots and management at JB?

I wouldn't say it's strained. The only truly negative stuff I hear is on this board. Most captains recognize the issues, but aren't bitter or hyper aggressive like you fellas.

I've seen a strained labor/mgmt relationship. This ain't it.

This statement is not true.

Maybe I've just been flying with the happy guys. But I have yet to fly with anyone who is really angry. In fact, of my last 4 captains, 3 don't want ANY union, and the one who did will vote no to ALPA, but yes to in-house.

Southerner flew with the same guy the last 3 times. The union IS coming, it has wheels and it's going to happen this time. Get onboard or get left behind.

Either your math is off or you need to call the insurance company and get some $$$ back. Deductible for a family is $2,600 with max co-insurance of $6,000. Nowhere near $13k. Unless your're counting your premiums in that, which is kind of skewing the stats. We're dealing with cancer over here under the green plan, and we're out about $4,000 after seed money/healthy rewards. We hit the max co-insurance for an individual last week. Luckily, I'm healthy right now. The main advantage of othe Green over the Blue plan is that you don't have to hit the Family deductible to make it into the co-insurance "bonus round."
