+ a bazillion I see it in Carl's posts too when he gets giddy about how he believes ALPA could go bankrupt with this TWA thingy. You hit the nail squarely on the head.

I'm glad we're in agreement then.

That is also incorrect. There is nothing illegal about a pilot offering a document to another pilot. Company guidance and company prohibitions are two different things. I don't believe there's even any guidance against someone offering reading material. If there is, post it.
I couldn't care less whether or not you believe me. It has no effect on my life. And since you don't believe me, just keep the soldiers on their mission. You'll find out who is correct soon enough.

...This may surprise you, but I would vote for the assessment if DPA loses the vote and ALPA's monetary penalty is reasonable. If I can't have DPA, then ALPA is all I have left. As such, I don't want my bargaining agent too financially crippled to represent me. I wouldn't be happy about it at all. In fact I'd be very angry, but I'd pay.

I'll take all the printed material they want to give me. I'll even take some for my friends. Reams and reams of it. And send it right to the recycle bin. Paper ain't free, and neither are copying costs... oh, but maybe they are to the doughnuts since they have the Holy Grail. The more money I can make them s0end the sooner they go bankrupt... and yes Carl, I will be giddy when they go bankrupt.
