I have 2 friends who recently failed it. One is an F-16 weapons officer and the other is a really good guy I trained int he A-10 TX course. I'd fly with either any time, anywhere. Big picture, valid.

But when a company (like UCH) takes a cross section of their current employees (pilots) and has them take the HPI to determine the baselines boundaries and parameters for future applicants, it's not so cut and dry.

And like you, I know some super good dudes that are ALSO highly competitive that ARENT getting through it, sucks.
