Odd the person who started this thead had it responded to exactly one minute later. Coincidence? Don't think so. Then the thread starter replies seven minutes later? We don't need a black box, accident investigation team, or NTSB board to figure this one out. A blind man can see through this tangled web. Give it a rest, dude.

Haven't you figured it out? It will never be good enough and there will always be someone to tear another down. The perps are always out to stir up hate and discontent.

For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

[QUOTE=flyfast;118348]Was these "buddies" the one that hired this person? Did they get direct word from HR this was the "only reason" they gave the okay to hire? Do you really think this person came to the interview and the hiring team did not evaluate the pilot applicant? Yes, the person might have got the call for the interview not meeting the published minimums. I don’t believe Betty Slater at the time and the hiring team would just throw their hands up and say we have to hire this applicant. Thank you for the info.[/QU

Flyfast, Hey bud don't shoot the messenger. No, my buddies were not the ones that hired this guy. I do not think that they needed direct word from HR as why this guy got hired. It is fairly easy to figure out why this individual got hired. In Alaska, the natives have a huge advantage. If your competing for a job and your competition is an Alaskan native; you lost. No, Betty Slater probably did not throw her hands up and say, "we got to hire this guy." However, this makes her and the company look good. Have you heard of a little thing called " diversity." Having a diverse workforce; makes a company look great. Oh, and thank you for your outstanding opinion.
