yeah..i hijacked the thread?...i was the first response...go thru the posts..everyone except the minorities agree with me...sorry like i said..i didn't make the rules...and a320...you should be angry..u have to fly an a320 the rest of your career...and btw...i didn't even think twice when tiger dominated golf..it was great...it says a lot about u that u were mad that eminem won best rapper ...

Actually, it's not the white man's fault. It's human nature's fault. I'm no ones victim. And my career has been quite stellar, due to my own demeanor, and that of men, both white and black, greater than you. I don't blame the white man for any of YOUR (SINGULAR) shortcomongs. Wouldn't give you the pleasure. If it weren't for good men, of ALL colors, I couldn't frustrate you so much. Sleep well dojet, have to fly to AMS 2morrow.

I fly the 757, 767 and a C-17. And you'll have the best job in the world...for the rest of your career, but you won't enjoy it to the max because I, and others like me will always be here, because we earned it. A shame 4 U.

Some receive a preference due to their race. Others because their daddy is a check airman for the company. The main difference is that we call one "ethnic diversity" and is easy to recognise. The other is harder to pick out and is much more prevalent. To the average guy on the street both are hugely unfair and unfortunately how most are hired at the majors.
The hard truth is that if you don't have nepotism, race or a military network on your side then you don't have much of a chance at all.
