Not true at all talk to mainline pilots they have no idea what’s going on at the regionals nor do they care as long as it doesn’t include scope violations

2000 121 SIC, all at Mesa, 4000 TT, no other types. American was the only carrier that didn’t respond to application. Nothing extraordinary here, just hustled with the apps. My point was/is, vote no, just leave, it’s never been easier, don’t vote yes just for short-term financial gain when you literally will make more in training anywhere else BUT/ALSO, Mesa is not a “black stain” on your resume was the main thing. We have people from both seats literally going everywhere. Like someone else said, unless you blow an interview it doesn’t seem like many carriers could care where you got your previous experience right now. There are a couple carriers that actually like hiring Mesa pilots and flight attendants because they know we have to turn airplanes quick and have a rep for working hard on the line. All just my observations and opinions.

The recent MEC emails are great. A pay raise to remain the bottom paying airline solves exactly zero problems, and don’t blow smoke up our ass by throwing out that “but the pay percent increase is what matters!” BS. I have zero sympathy for management that didn’t negotiate a better contract for the company to get paid more for completed flights in order to increase pay and keep the company profitable. Their failure to do their jobs is not, nor should it ever be, the pilot groups responsibility to make up the difference. If you (management) can’t play the game get off the field. Vote no.

I am also curious about this.
Also, it should be $51/hr to match almost every other non AA regional right at this current moment (AW, Gojet, etc.). Not sure why it's 3 dollars less. Thats a loss of almost $3000 a year if operating on guarantee only.
Plus, I am sure the majority of other regionals will up their pay scales to around $60 soon to match AAWO. Mesa will be behind.
