They just wanted to get a head start since the process likely takes months to get those rates changed on APC. You wouldn’t believe the amount of research and back and forth that has to be accomplished before they update those in the system.

Same here. Such as;

Company paid ATP-CTP course for pilots needing to take the ATP written knowledge exam (Includes full pay, transportation, and lodging during the course)

No, there is no pay during ATP CTP. Why advertise like this?

I think they mean the full atp-ctp course is paid for by the company, not partial. But I can see why someone would mistake it as actual salary pay. No airline pays thier students during atp-ctp... Pay only starts during indoc. And all airlines pay atp-ctp anyway

I just think it should be worded better. Like you said with "full pay" I thought we would start getting paid there. Not a big deal but something that could be edited for clarity.

Envoy pays you well before indoc. They have an orientation in which your pay starts, then you sit at home and wait for an indoc date. This is of course after ATP-CTP, which is paid for, but no salary until orientation.

Not ratified but yes they are the new proposed rates. About 30% up from the original rate.

LAMA here from not too long ago and hope you guys do the right thing and vote this trash down. If you don’t then it’s all on you. There are other opportunities literally everywhere and it’s worth it. Take the risk and start somewhere new and watch what happens.

SAP is possible but I agree not useful unless staffed. However after SAP you can construct whatever schedule you like if you are creative with FLICA.

If you want to stay vote yes. If you plan to leave then leave. People are already voting with their feet. If you plan to leave don’t vote. Let those staying decide their fate.
