I've read it a billion times trying to find anything supporting your position that an FDP doesn't end at brake set with no further intention of aircraft movement.

I didn't find anything to support your position at all.

You do work in management at your company, right?

Just because I don't spend most of my time on here whining about how much my company is trying to turn my life into a live action Deliverance doesn't mean I'm part of management. In fact, I'm very much a line flying pilot. I'm sorry you hate your company. Maybe you should quit.

I've presented my argument 8 different ways and am tired of talking to a wall. I was just trying to help but you just want to scream at the top of your lungs how angry and right you are. I don't care so I'm bowing out. Enjoy reserve until midnight.

I am sure ALPA is formulating a list of questions for the administrative law judge in the line of "the Whitlow letter." When judgement is rendered from on high, we will study it and know it like our call outs. Not sarcasm, it is one of their limited primary functions. Until then, the law is only what the unelected philosopher kings say it is. Just like the Dred Scott decision, but instead of those frustrating 5/4 rulings (My example was 7/2), it is up to one guy. It means nothing what the text of the law is if the Leviathan decides it to be otherwise. I had to memorize the Whitlow letter when I was at Mesa, so it does not surprise me that the 117 questions thread is the Mesa thread. I would rather the talk be about speed of upgrade and good times ahead.

I agree enough with the bickering.

So anyone know what the press conference in FLL is all about? Is Mesa buying Silver?

Taking a look at the ready reserve LOA it states RR must be put up for bid and thereafter assigned out in reverse seniority order. Could the case be made that tacking it on willy nilly to the end of every trip assigned to a reserve pilot is violating the LOA because it is not in reverse seniority order?

So if you land at 4pm after 1 leg and get put on ready until midnight and there is a JR RS3 pilot on short call at home, I'd say that is a violation of the LOA.

No?

I have one more thing to say, Charlotte captains. Stop taking only the outbound legs. I'm tired of landing in Charlotte. And I'm sure your tired of me greasing every landing making you look bad because I have those runways down with my eyes closed. And plus I will refuse to put the autopilot on in the outstations and make you work. (Non RNAV)
