I'm new but from what I see schedules and lines are far better on the United side. Lots of short legs on the Airways side with min days off and 75hr lines in CLT. I have no idea what DFW would be like.

Seems nuts to me, who wants 700s in the day and age when passengers hate the CRJ, and other people are only getting new 900s and 175s.

This rumor is second hand from JO.

Anyone talk to senior management at the road shows this week?
Someone's going to get Eagle's 700s. Gojet and Mesa are the cheapest 700 operators.

80-85 hrs 13-14 days off United side of the house. (CRJ)

I'm in the top 20 in base, so take it for what it's worth.

UsAir is horrible. Min days. 76 hours.

Does anyone know if the 76 hour pay guarantee during training is per month or is it a one time 76 hours for the entire time you're in training?

For the month, you just get a continous min guarantee until you hold a line and fly over guarantee.

Is that specific to CLT and PHX?

So, pay during 8 weeks of training is around 152 hours. I understand how it works after training, but wanted to make sure I understand the details specific to pay "during" training. I was under the assumption that the 8 weeks were paid only 76 hours for the entire training, start to finish. Thanks for clearing that up.

Will the IAD consolidation help with productivity on the UA side or has that yet to be seen? 76hrs with 12 days off is average productivity of 4.2 hours a day, yikes!

I'm a little junior to you in IAD. I originally got 16 days off with around 86 hours of credit. I dropped 3 days (19 days off now) and brought my credit down to 66 hours. If the other bases have the reserve coverage, days can be dropped.
