.............?
What exactly are you confused about?

I know all you Mesa haters scorn this place, but right now it is actually a great place to work.

Just heard that 4 out of the 16 (25%) in the 8/20 class washed out of sim, all had 3000+ TT. There was one washout from my class (7/24), older gentleman who failed the checkride twice.

Unfortunately, it is hogwash. There were 20 that started, 1 left for family issues. Another left for PRIA issues and 2 washed out of sim. Everyone else is through and awaiting IOE.

PRIA issues like he had an accident in the past and didn't tell the company about it? If I remember exactly what PRIA is.

Why? You're getting a lot of 2nd career type guys who are 55 and have built 2,000TT over 15 years flying their 172 around.

You can't expect them to pick up flying their first jet and the airline world as easily as a 22 year old fresh outta Purdue.

I think a 75% pass rate is more than typical when you have 50% of the class made up of 2nd career types.

I wish I could make the iPhone emojis of someone laughing so hard they're crying. So "lol" will have to work.

You in class now? A friend of my brothers just started Wednesday

Haha, and no I don't start class until January I think. I have about 200 hours to go until I reach R-ATP minimums.
