For what it's worth, I didn't see Blackwing drawing any conclusions, just reciting what he heard.

I wouldn't consider someone leaving for pria and family issues a "washout". So if only two people washed out of sims, out of 20something, that's not bad at all IMO.

That's isn't remotely accurate for SKYW. Who else has 1 in 4 washing out?

Yeah, people leaving for non training issues are not washouts. For the 8/7 class of 28, there were 2 or 3 CRJ and 3 EJET training-based resignations. That was a little higher than normal (18-20%). The average rate has only been 10% training-based resignations.

Was just informed after the 1st of the year Mesa will stop hiring for awhile. They say they will be staffed and actually fat on the CRJ, as for the E-jet, I guess they have enough in the pipeline to staff them for a bit also. FYI

Please cite your source.

By the way, how'd that whole CLT CA's downgrading to FO then re-upgrading to E175 work?

Wow, You guys sound like a bunch of over sensitive girls! The downgrade/re-upgrade to the E-jet didn't happen because the company decided to violate the contract. Ask ALPA. They agree.

My source is the training department.
