I've missed that cause it's not happening. Just because you know of a couple lucky well connected ones, doesn't give you the right to say "many." Corporate, sure... But in many cases that can be a lateral move, or even a decrease in QOL. But the average run of the mill regional FO is not getting picked up by the majors yet. The guys that are fortunate enough to be in that position are guys that were in the military, did internships, and are simply well connected.

Does anyone have a link to a current Mesa route-map? What cities do they fly to in Mexico and Canada? Does Mesa do any caribbean ops?

No Caribbean. About a half dozen cities in both Canada and Mexico. Getting 2 more Mexico next month

Here are the two things I legitimately think skywest has over mesa that I am envious of. 1) much hotter flight attendants and 2) their CEO doesn't have a deal with Parker to not hire Mesa pilots for fear of poaching cheap labor. 2 May be a tinfoil hat theory but I see some potential validity to it. 1) is fact from my anecdotal evidence.

Well, you'd be wrong. It is happening. They are run of the mill FOs who network, volunteer, and go out of there way to set themselves apart from the flock. This trend will continue.

Lol. 1 I agree with. 2 isn't going to matter when the flood gates open in the next couple years. They are going to hire everyone who is qualified and not a douche bag. Keep those apps and logbooks updated.

True, but those exist at every regional including yours. And you're right they won't be touched, and I think everyone knows that. What's your point?
