Different things matter to different people. There may be potential new hires that would never consider working for a company that was founded prior to 1990! LOL

Merry Christmas Eve, Tinman1!! And to all of you out there, working today and tomorrow, giving up your family time, a Special Merry Christmas to you. Know that while your families miss you, deep inside they appreciate the sacrifice you are making to support them.

I'm on second year pay, I have a line, and I live in base. Now why the hell would I go start all over again somewhere else? And at the bottom of a senorirty list as well.

Well you enjoy that right seat pay then, since it was the best decision you ever "mad". I am half way through my masters degree, and will be bouncing out of here for the first thing that isn't a regional airline. Everyone has different circumstances.

Wow! Really. I read your post, and you seem to have a lot of colorful adjectives for everyone. "A true Richard".

Anyone heard of any FO's breaking a training contract? Any repercussions from doing so? Can/would Mesa taint your PRIA?

I've heard different things from different people. Some have gotten away with it, some have paid up.

It won't affect PRIA.
