This week's combined CRJ/E-jet class this week had 35 people in it. They had to do indoc in the sim center. No clue where they are finding this many people.

OTOH, I heard several stories about some students failing out after 15 or 16 sims.

Did anyone notice that little blurb in the newsletter? I guess answering the phone and having a willingness to openly work under a purely rock bottom contract entitles you to it all as a new hire.

Really? Explain to me which conditions of a legal strike we've met. I'll even take give me 1/2 the conditions necessary that we've met.

Let's start with not pushing on time and when they acars us say "no respectacular contract", for you on the ejet release the paking brake way before pushing. That will teach management. (Sarcasm)

That's why I said it with sarcasm. What other leverage do we have, call in sick? That costs us. Strike, don't think so.

One of those conditions would require the MEC to file (and win) a suit in Federal District Court claiming the new hire payments/iPad reimbursements as violations of the status quo under section 6 of the RLA. And we will never, ever see this MEC/legal team pursue such an aggressive maneuver.

Someone please explain this to me, can we strike or not?
*** is a LEGAL strike? are they going to jail us if we did it anyway?lol please
IMHO thats exactly what this industry needs a group of pilots to light a fire, bypass the joke of a "union" we have and make a stand instead of being slowly beaten. Maybe one day it will happen.
