This week's combined CRJ/E-jet class this week had 35 people in it. They had to do indoc in the sim center. No clue where they are finding this many people.
OTOH, I heard several stories about some students failing out after 15 or 16 sims.

Did anyone notice that little blurb in the newsletter?
I guess answering the phone and having a willingness to openly work under a purely rock bottom contract entitles you to it all as a new hire.

One of those conditions would require the MEC to file (and win) a suit in Federal District Court claiming the new hire payments/iPad reimbursements as violations of the status quo under section 6 of the RLA. And we will never, ever see this MEC/legal team pursue such an aggressive maneuver.

IMHO thats exactly what this industry needs a group of pilots to light a fire, bypass the joke of a "union" we have and make a stand instead of being slowly beaten. Maybe one day it will happen.
