Well, we're still on winter hours right now. As spring gets closer we'll get more hours of flying. Plus, if you're in Dallas they might still keep higher pilot numbers to make sure there aren't any problems with that flying. I don't think there are many reserves in IAD.

Attrition combined with increased spring and summer flying means our recruiting department will need to keep the pedal down. ATL, that's interesting, but the Delta 200 rumor has been around a year and most people don't see it happening. I don't think we could properly staff much more than our current Ejet commitment, anyhow.

New seniority list out. Lots off the top half. One is going to SWA. Don't know about others. The bottom from last month's (1248) is still at the bottom but moved up 18 spots (1230). I'm in the top 2/3 and moved up 12 spots fwiw.

If you don't factor in training time. Those 250 below you are not 250 pilots online. Keep in mind if your upgrading due to growth you need 2 fo's for every one captain upgraded.
