[QUOTE=Sennant;2063950]We've had 4 separate mec chairs during negotiations. Which one you want to blame? And explain exactly how you propose to make Mesa do anything Mesa doesn't want to do.

Regionals don't have the same leverage as you do at the mighty Un

Unify your pilot group and have all of your checkairman resign
That's a start

4 ? Really ? Marcin and Brian counts for 2

With your current MEC your contract 2003 rates will be there till 2023

How does an interview determine how one flies an airplane? Flying people around wastes resources and money. Your first day of ground school starts the interview process. Highly efficient if you ask me

You call the recruiter and they give you a class date.

Man... If only the legacy carriers had this much common sense. Or better yet, every other airline in the country.

Thanks! I'll give them a call. Do you also happen to know what reserve times are in IAH & DFW? Approximate upgrade time?

10-11 months in DFW, but the recruiters won't tell you that.

I wish they did, keep the hiring of pilots to pilots, and only let the HR people be the paper pushers that they are. Good news for you, the rest of the world thinks like you!
