Signing your name on a TA like this isn't a wise move for someone who wants to get hired elsewhere, unless by "elsewhere" you mean MAG management/flight ops. How many MAG MEC chairs from the last 20 years have left Mesa? Angelo?
Angelo would have never brought this POS of TA
By the way where is Angelo now . Copa?

Completely agree. If Mesa has to close its doors, that would be a good thing for the regional industry. I would gladly go work somewhere else. The less low cost carriers available the better.

Mesa use to pay us all 79 seat rates under the current contract pay. Then they brought us the 76 seat version and gave us all a pay cut in that way. Now Alpa is claiming we are getting a pay raise. Over the next 5 years we will be back to where we were years ago. So how again does Mesa not have any money?
This is an excellent point. Your rates for all your 900s and E175s should become your current rate(or higher) for 79 seat aircraft the second a new CBA is signed in. Language regarding number of seats needs to be replaced with aircraft types.

First impressions after watching the video...they all look like hostages in one of those ISIS videos. I was halfway expecting Jihadi John to randomly pop up welding a knife!
And contrary to popular opinion, the "FNGs" aren't the ones you have to worry about voting yes en mass on this horrid piece of work. It's the older crowd, the guys/gals who have been here for 20+ years and can't leave, who will try to push this POS through. Any newer FO could bail and not be any worse off working anywhere else in this industry.
