Lol we get you love to recruit for the brand. Luckily anyone can see though your inflated lies. At least hopefully anyway. I have too many friends and have seen their W2s to know you are full of it. But hey if it gets another warm body in class, it’s all good right?
Are you going to take the attrition levels as personally as you take APC posts? I hope not…
Several actual employees posted their earnings so hopefully potential new hires actually listen to them to get an idea of realistic salaries, and not some wanna be recruiter.

Truth hurts.
You bet badly…. Enjoy the future of mass transit.
Many of us absolutely crushed it last year. 2022 looks promising as well.
So far as requirement goes… I recommended several and several were hired. Pilot recruitment has been very busy in 2021 and will be very busy in 2022.
The new hires have been high caliber and amazing to work with.

I exceed flight time requirements and have over 2500 hours total but no atp. I was recommended to apply by a pilot there who told me i only really needed a commerical (mistakenly i guess) I made it clear on both my resume and application that i lacked both an atp and atp written so i too dont know why they didnt reject it.
My apologies, the “minimums” I was referring to was the ATP written. It is listed on the job advertisement you had to scroll through before applying.
Yes you can have a commercial ticket, because your type ride here will give you your ATP.

That is correct. You would only have a commercial certificate when you take the ATP-CTP. Your ATP Certificate is awarded after successful completion of a type ride.

I was encouraged to apply by the recruiter without the required multi engine time. I hadn’t planned on sending an app until I had 250 hours, but I was informed by the recruiter they were prepared to interview me and could extend a CJO so long as I could show up to the class date with the required time. I know one pilot from the December class who got the CJO without the required instrument experience, he built it up to 150 prior to class. Headed to the January expo with a mutual understanding that I cannot accept a class date earlier than April, both to insure I have the required hours and to find a replacement for my role at my current company. I meet all the requirements otherwise (~2500 TT, 250 instrument, 200 multi, ATP, ~1100 TPIC) Very excited to meet everyone there!

Thanks for the information. Things are definitely changing from where we were at the front end of this. I know guys that were getting TBNT just for not having the instrument time on the resume. They had the 150 hours but didn’t put it on the resume. Congrats on your invite and this is good news for others as well.
2500TT and 1100 TPIC? How did you pull that off?

I have been flying a PC-12 for the past 3.5 years for a 135, I upgraded to PIC a little after meeting 135 IFR requirements. I’m now on a jet as PIC with the same operator.

I know this would be a WAG but when do you think NetJets will be back to being fully staffed? I know most of you seem to say you can extend almost anytime you want and are flying lots of hours getting that FFP but do you think that will end anytime soon?
Do you think most will take a big hit in pay if and when all this extra goes away? Looking at the pay and numbers people are talking about looks great I am just curious how long you think it will last?

The big hiring wave may end, but if you look at pilot age stats they will likely need to hire in the coming years if the company wants to maintain what they have. In roughly 3 years a large number of pilots will be hitting 65 and over. That will continue for the next several years. Granted we don’t have a retirement age, but the “and over” includes ages going beyond average US life expectancy.
