Also remember that extending is plentiful now for some (I have been denied twice) but has not always been. Before the LOA went into effect in August, I flew with another Captain in July that was working a 7 day tour over his vacation. He mentioned it is the first time he has gotten that since the layoffs as he always triedto work vacations. Prior to July in the Latitude, he never was able to work over a vacation. As he is CC72, under this LOA, the company has to take him. That ends on May 1. If the company is staffed up by then, who knows if you can work more. These last 7 months are not the norm for NetJets.

Of course my scenario is not typical, but with the current incentives it is certainly possible.
I have flown with a couple of captains who have worked their vacations too. 7 or 8 days at 2.5 times pay, plus the vacation pay. Now that's how you rack up some pretty impressive W2s.
Again, this a limited time offer, but I'm out to make hay while the sun is shining. To each their own.

I swear, NJA pilots seem to be the ONLY pilots that get offended if you talk realistic about the company. Stating how much people actually make at NJA isn't bashing the company and if it offends you, or anyone, you need to take a real hard look at how you identify yourself. Sounds like a lot of you ARE NetJets, and don't simply WORK for NetJets. I said a bunch of nice things about NJA but the fact you or anyone can't stomach what somebody actually makes, instead of what a wanna be recruiter inflates to attract new hires is simply not bashing. Grow thicker skin if salary talk offends you.

Here’s my 2021 earnings and it’s 100% the truth. I don’t know what FO’s you’re talking to, but if they’re as unhappy as you, they’re welcome to leave anytime just like you did. Not sure the accuracy of your reporting from them since everyone I know had great earnings in 2021.
As much as I hate to do this, I have posted my 2021 earnings. I know it won’t shut you up, but for anyone else wanting to see the claim in black and white.
I was CC72 Jan-May, 7/7 Jun-Dec. Small cabin PIC. I worked two 11 day tours, I used 12 days of PTO for additional rest or to work another extended day on the end but only work a 7 day tour. I had 4 weeks of vacation and worked one of them. I still averaged 15 days off a month. $46k in the 401k with FDP, company match and my contribution.
Feel free to post your earnings Captain Alaska.
Our skin is thick enough. Your false and incorrect information is the issue. I have posted the earnings proof to back up my claim. How about you?

What inflated lies? Who’s full of it about their earnings? You have “Too many friends”? Unlikely. Besides you can’t see your friends 2021 W-2s since they’re not out yet.

Out of curiosity for myself and friends going to the next expo, does anyone know how many they hire or try to from each expo?
The one I was hired from had 70 something candidates. Do they try to hire everyone or just 40 for the next month?
Is the new hire class each month supposed to have 40 people in it or a different specific number?
Since they started hiring in 2021, what was the typical monthly class size?
I really appreciate it!
