For a comparison, I am at the top of the seniority list on max pay in the Latitude as a Captain and only made 290K and that includes a 30K bonus payout for this year due to the CBA passage and 10 extended days at 25K and both these won't be repeated this year. I have already been denied twice to work during my vacations but to be forthcoming, they weren't over Christmas and New Years.

I find this hard to believe, but if true, it is an extreme rarity and unlikely to be repeated after the LOA for 2.5 extended day rate is over. I have volunteered twice and been denied. If you are CC72 or CC76, they have to take you. Therefore, you can work 11 on/2 off for months on end and we have some doing this. However, after the LOA ends, they don't have to take you on off days and the long tours revert back to 8 day tours max. Also, company will be caught up with pilots on line and airplanes received .

It might be true if every single cent is included in it. Salary, per diem, 401k match etc. on top of a bunch of extended days and selling back vacation and the FO is 10+ YOS but even then I find it hard to believe. It absolutely isn't even remotely close to the norm. As I said earlier, everyone from my 2015 class has yet to crack 200k. I will have to ask again but I think they are all on CC72 or 7/7. I don't believe any are on CC76LT.
Only a few get the CC76 or the LT option since they introduced the 8/6. The company has not been awarding CC76 or the LT to everyone that asks for it, only those that are contractually obligated to have it awarded.
I know a Latitude FO hired in 2018 that broke $200k. I promise there are pilots hired after 2015 that also broke $200k. I have flown with many of them.
Selling back vacation is at a loss under the current LoA because it’s 1:1. The best thing to do is work on your vacation days so it’s paid at 2.5.

No doubt there are pilots hired in 2015 and later that are over 200k. For sure not saying it isn't possible. But flying 7/7, not selling vacation or not flying during vacation and not extending a single day, probably won't get you there. I bet this year or next they might kick over to the 200k mark but it isn't a sure thing unless they start picking up flying.

Also remember that extending is plentiful now for some (I have been denied twice) but has not always been. Before the LOA went into effect in August, I flew with another Captain in July that was working a 7 day tour over his vacation. He mentioned it is the first time he has gotten that since the layoffs as he always triedto work vacations. Prior to July in the Latitude, he never was able to work over a vacation. As he is CC72, under this LOA, the company has to take him. That ends on May 1. If the company is staffed up by then, who knows if you can work more. These last 7 months are not the norm for NetJets.

$295k 2021 earnings
A few extra days here or there. Works hard when working. Plays hard when not.
It’s been a great year for many.

But how would you really know at Alaska or any airline for that matter?
You left here because you lacked faith in NetJets to provide the earnings numbers that pilots (anyone who desire to here) are making.
And it’s just the beginning of the path you’ve chosen. All you can say is “it’s temporary” and “yeah but what about next year” or “well, in 2015”….
Face it… the game has changed, but you changed teams.
Enjoy YOUR new team is all I can suggest. You’re a spectator now here and many are loving what’s happening in OUR arena.

Are you going to take the attrition levels as personally as you take APC posts? I hope not…
Several actual employees posted their earnings so hopefully potential new hires actually listen to them to get an idea of realistic salaries, and not some wanna be recruiter.

Lol we get you love to recruit for the brand. Luckily anyone can see though your inflated lies. At least hopefully anyway. I have too many friends and have seen their W2s to know you are full of it. But hey if it gets another warm body in class, it’s all good right?
