Hi Guys

Maybe a dumb question, if I finish training from NetJet, do I get ATP rating?

Nope, new hire class that just started. Company needs to maintain about 40-45 new hires per class to meet hiring goals for the year. We're not competitive with the regionals for new hires, and the cracks are starting to show.

No, it's a fair question. If you show up with all the pre-requisites complete, then your initial type rating will also be an ATP ride.

Thanks!

I got the interview gouge, and also got the virtual interview scheduled soon.

So the virtual one is just nothing technical or scenario questions, but just going over the resume?

Just to clarify, are you talking about a phone interview or a video interview?

What is the schedule that makes the most money? 8/6 or cc76? Does anyone have an example cc76 schedule? Is it mostly 8-day tours?

8/6 year one salary is $82,106
CC76 year one is $92,015

As far as tour lengths I am not sure as I have only done 7/7. I would imagine it is mostly 7 or 8 day tours.

Per contractual agreement, the company cannot assign you a tour longer than 7 days unless you opt in for 8 day tours. As far as schedule goes, from what I've heard, most guys on the cc76 schedule are only home for the minimum contractual time off, and then back out on the road (5/6 days on, 3 days off; 7 days on, 4 days off; 8 days on, 5 days off). The company still has to abide by the max number of days on per 4 month period (hence 76, you're working 76 days over 4 months or 120 days, which averages out to 18 days a month). I might be off on a few details regarding the scheduling, as I'm not referencing the CBA, but the aforementioned is pretty close.

I've met some guys who will alternate between CC76 and other schedules such as the 7/7 or 8/6 depending on family situation or how busy the time of year is, etc. CC76 works out great if you're single and don't have responsibilities at home, not so much if you have a family you want to invest time in.

CC schedules are limited to maximum 7-day tour lengths, unless the crew member elects maximum 8-day tour lengths. The 8-day election comes with a 3% increase in pay. Most tours will be at or near the maximum length allowable.
