Lots of rumors for sure. The most common I've heard is offering older pilots that could hold seats in the large cabin fleets the same pay as the large cabin fleets if they will fly in the other birds that don't do as much international. That said, there are more and more countries that are enforcing age restrictions that will effect all the fleets since some places in the Caribbean are among them. Nobody knows yet what will be offered and/or possibly agreed to since there haven't been any official negotiations yet. I just hope that if we aren't able to get a new agreement, the good will between management and the union doesn't evaporate.
