I know many that went to Atlas. K4 is not accepting apps. They just don’t match well with quality of life for me.

NJ is a good job, not a great one. You will sit in the right seat for YEARS.

And BTW, I thought there is a provision in the CBA that does not allow awarding of bids if one cannot comply with all regs? Which in this case would be age restriction by government authorities.

Very surprised NJ has not pushed the envelope and denied bid awards to get in front of arbitrator (expecting immediate grievance by Union). With arbitrators, an issue might seem clear, but many times it ends up producing an expected result.

NetJets is losing market share, has a very young pilot group, and has no retirement age. I couldn't dream up a better dead end job for a young guy. Any, and I mean ANY, airline would be a better option than NetJets. Unless your dying 5 year old son is living in Bozeman, MT and the court has threatened your life if you leave then I would look to anyone else before hangin' my hat at NetJets. Kenny and company are kicking their asses and NJA will soon be the number 2 fractional in the company.

You want to work somewhere that has growth or retirements. NetJets has neither.

I know some 66 year old former wide body Captains who want to do something for the next few years. Not a bad career finisher.

Stick to the Sprit forums, no one wants your negative opinions.

Young pilot group? Almost 1000 pilots are over the age of 58. Wheels up took 75 million from the cares act, NetJets took none. Wheels up forced 50% pay cuts and 33% pay cuts depending on schedule. Their pay has been restored now, but maybe you shouldn’t drink and post.

Is that why they took the grant money and cut pay?

How did you come upon this information? That is, how do you know netjets doesn’t have growth or retirements?
