If history continues, NJA will start upgrades December/January. Again, IF attrition holds steady. Could be a couple months sooner or later depending how proactive or reactive management is.
You're welcome to give me $hit if I'm wrong.
P.S. There are still a few VSPs waiting to leave. I don't have the remaining VSPs in my models. Also, attrition outside of VSPs has leveled off the last couple months.
Hard to forecast it is.

What a few don't realize here is that I'm wrong... till I'm proven right.
The upgrades are coming.
Meaningful hiring is coming.
The training pipeline is beefing up.
Attack me of it makes you feel better... but I'd hate to see anyone leaving now only to shoot the time they've spent here in the foot.
Either way, it's no skin off my back.
Go be happy.

I wouldn't say that. I'm not really angry...certainly not at you. That doesn't mean that I agree with your comically rosy misconceptions. The facts speak volumes differently that your rhetoric - whatever your reasons are for spouting it.
I'll say it again...without a mandatory retirement age, you'll see nothing even remotely close to growth, career progression, movement, or anything else that a perspective new hire might find attractive, for decades. Anyone worth their salt will stay far away from this abortion and go find a real job where they can actually upgrade someday. This place is essentially the 'Pizza Hut' of aviation. We're just missing little paper hats.
As for being angry...nah. Aviation means very little to me these days. I would say I just don't really care anymore.

Well, perception is a reality.
And it's clear that your reality is much different than many others at this company.
Each to their own brother..
Time will prove me wrong or dead right...

After we went through a period of not having anything. Many of us came to NJA from furloughs and failed companies.
What was being paid prior to 2005 was unacceptable do we pushed for more. We did it together.
In 07 we achieved more. Together.
In 15 we did even better and closed the pay gap at many years of service between NJA and many major carriers. Together.
Now, if you... with a couple years of service think that "Captains" left you behind, you've never worked for a Major Carrier represented by ALPA.
Look man. You need to do some living. Go for what you think is the best route for you... but don't blame anyone but yourself for you position in life... professional or otherwise.
It's disingenuous and counterproductive.

Also, have you ever worked for a major? ALPA has treated me way better, as a pilot and professional, than IBT 1108 or NJASAP ever did. The only Netjets guys that I knew were from a major were retired from one or furloughed. All the furloughed ones I knew went back to their major. So much for your industry leading contract keeping them around.

Your 15 contract was an abortion and I'm glad I left before that piece of garbage came to fruition. Way to screw the FOs yet again, especially the ones with Capts still junior to them.

Yes I did.
