It is just amazing to watch those beaten by this industry picking and choosing bits and pieces of reality to sleep at night.

Beaten?

Hardly dude.

Beaten? Please. The floor is yours. Make people absolutely coo in the light of your awesomeness.

Remember... karma is watching.

The new company you've gone to is a takeover candidate for the next round. When a company doesn't want to get bought, it spends money to become less attractive to a suitor. TWA/Ozark is a great example. Get a good seniority number.

I have many friends there... my advice... don't be so cocky. They'll put you in check. It doesn't go over well for overnights either. And crews talk. They know who is great and who is... well.. thinking they have life all figured out.

The hiring will come with the training center capacity increases realized later this year... fleet modernization continues.

It's a business plan... not a modern art piece made of emotion and pilot desire.

Karma is watching? This isn't a game dude, I don't wish any, I repeat, ANY ill will towards you or anyone at NetJets. And this isn't coming from a place of cockiness at all. Put me in check how? By literally making **** up on an internet forum to please himself? I am not worried. And I am not the one who thinks he is immune to problems within the industry. I cannot believe I have to tell somebody who lived it, that if you forget history, you are doomed to repeat it.

Jetlife,

Why waste your time here dude?

You walked through the door already. You chose.

You even being here in this Frac Board is beneath you brother. Right?

Shouldn't you be sparing with Delta guys about how the quality of light chop is much better over Nevada than Georgia?

How's class?

Why do you act like when anyone has a problem, it comes from a place of thinking they are better than you or there is a hierarchy? It again, devalues the discussion. I don't think I am better than you, I don't think I am better than NetJets, there is no high horse, but there is a discussion, and there are facts. There are goods and bads about NetJets, you choose to ignore the bad, and only post the good. Your situation is different than an FO who is looking at 15 years of being in the right seat. AND UNTIL YOU'VE LIVED IT YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND, your words, live by them.

Dang, who knew posting some current, amplifying data would cause such an epic forum battle. Didn't even imply bad things about NetJets...in fact, when I was in college I couldn't wait to get to NJ and swore I'd never fly for the airlines. However, my mil gig doesn't get me very many hours and I didn't meet the mins at NJ before DAL hired me. Been here just over 2 years and only recently hit the TT for NJ. They both have their pros and cons. Here's hoping the best for all of us.

Crew,

Any and all are welcomed here at NJA. Let's say that Jetlife's opinions are well known and many of us find it odd that the most vocal critics of what NJA is doing or has done have either left or never returned from furlough...

It's like revisiting an ex and expecting different results.

This is a great place to work... lack of age 65 has been a stagnating force as has a major reorganization of manpower and hardware over the last 4 years through the next 2-3.

Some don't have the stomach to wait for the momentum to pick up and pendulum to return.

Why they ballyhoo upon and after departure here is beyond me.

You'd think they'd be looking forward, eyes open.

But there's that lingering pit.
